(a) National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) was established in 1973 with the mandate to raise a class of patriotic, morally and physically disciplined Nigerian Youths who graduated from Universities and Polytechnics to undertake the National Service. During the mandatory one year service, corps members live among and within the host of communities facilitating unity and integration as well as championing community development by executing projects jointly with the people of their host communities.
(b) Citizenship and Leadership Training center (C<C) a non-formal educational institution in self-discovery and self-actualization, which focuses on short but intensive training for responsible leadership and good citizenship. It also combines adventure with social services and community development with the motto: “Build the man, Build the Community.” The Center also handles relevant matters as maybe directed by the supervising Ministry.
(c) Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has a board and elected Chairman and members with a Secretary-General responsible for the general administration to the NFF Board. The NFF is responsible for the management of football at the National level. It also represents Nigeria at Continental and International Organizations.
(d) National Institute for Sports (NIS) is responsible for the training of sports Higher Diploma levels; has a governing Board and appointed members.
